You will receive a series of onboarding emails designed to help you prepare for our session(s). These emails will provide important information and resources to ensure you're ready to make the most of our time together.

Assessment Completion:

One of the first emails will include an assessment. It’s imperative to complete this assessment within 24 hours of your purchase. This information will help me tailor our sessions to your unique goals and needs.

Scheduling Your Session(s):

After you submit your assessment, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule your session(s) at your convenience. Please keep in mind that sessions are scheduled with my current location (Bangkok) in mind, offering options that bridge the 12-hour U.S. time difference, ensuring convenience for both parties! Make sure to book your sessions in advance to secure your preferred times.
